Since 1993, I've held a real estate license and facilitated over 3,500 transactions. My journey began in Arizona, and in 2008, I made the move to picturesque Southern California, broadening my expertise to include distressed properties and real estate investment. In addition to my other roles, I lead a mega real estate team in Los Angeles. This role allows me to leverage my experience and expertise to drive success in one of the most dynamic real estate markets.

My strengths lie in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and understanding client needs. I excel in identifying opportunities, honing focus, and delivering practical business solutions.

 

Throughout my career, I've provided training, teaching, and coaching to fellow real estate agents, fueled by a genuine passion for the industry. Collaborating with the Charfen Institute as a CDPE and CIAS Instructor fulfills a lifelong aspiration.
